Wu Yi is an interdisciplinary creator who works at the intersection of technology and visual arts. He studied Graphic design at the London College of Communication(LCC) and Central Saint Martins(CSM). Yi believes that technology is not just a means of creation—it now collaborates with artists.
He often integrates existing technologies with his creative thinking, using the language of art to explore the relationship between visual arts and the public.His creative endeavors are diverse, encompassing graphic design, publications, branding, installation art, and motion design, among others. Yi's approach involves using computer languages to reconstruct new forms based on original images. In his works, he adheres to the concept of "creating communication," where transformation stems from standardization. This has always been an essential part of his creative philosophy and practice.
